The Cargill Educational Scholarship Foundation (CESF) is a scholarship foundation developed for the sole purpose of awarding annual educational scholarships to high school graduates who have been determined eligible. We believe every child should be allowed to pursue their dream of a college education.
MISSION
Our mission is to award scholarships to those students who have a scholastic determination to pursue a career in Criminal Law, Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement because our community and country benefits everyday from those who dedicate their lives to protecting us.
PURPOSE
CESF aspires to:

build a funding source that provides scholarships to high school seniors; and
